SERVICE POLICY At ITS SO Awesome Cleaning Enterprises, we are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services with attention to detail and professionalism. Our goal is to create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every client. To ensure the best possible experience, we ask that clients prepare their space prior to service by securing valuables and allowing clear access to areas scheduled for cleaning. Our team reserves the right to adjust service scope if conditions differ significantly from what was originally scheduled. Any changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible. We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns promptly. PAYMENT POLICY Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card (tap, chip, or swipe) Cash Zelle (if applicable) A secure payment option will be provided on-site for your convenience. For certain bookings, a deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice: No fee Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: May be subject to a cancellation fee Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: May be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, it may be considered a missed appointment. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us serve all clients efficiently.
